The Tramway Museum is built on the site of an old quarry, and as well as featuring an impressive collection of trams, the site also includes several reconstructed buildings, including the one shown here, which was the former Derby Assembly Rooms. This shot was taken on a freezing cold, misty, murky day in February when it was almost too cold to operate the trams due to the risk of the points freezing!
