This hole in the wall was steeped in history, but not just for its extensive selection of Kentucky bourbon, but for the traditional Southern cuisine that came out of their kitchen. Moonshine Willie's small corner stage also played host to countless musicians ranging from bluegrass and country to traditional blues. While Willie had allegedly given up moon shining upon opening his tavern, in the early days it is said that regulars could order themselves a glass of his white lightning on the down low.
