The lesser green leafbird (Chloropsis cyanopogon) is a species of bird in the family Chloropseidae. It is found in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, and Thailand. Male and females are bright green overall, but the male has a black-and-blue throat while the female sometimes shows a slight yellow tinge to the throat. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest. It is threatened by habitat loss. Inhabits lowland primary and secondary broadleaf evergreen forests, as well as adjacent plantations and large parks. Joins mixed-species foraging flocks, usually in the canopy. (Source: Wikipedia)
