Yarn Storming in Bergen Yarn storming (also known as yarn bombing, urban knitting, graffiti knitting, or kniffiti) is a type of urban street art that employs colourful displays of knitted or crocheted yarn or fibre, as seen here around these pollarded trees in Bergen. Norway's second city, the 'city of seven mountains' has around 280,000 inhabitants and is an international centre for shipping, offshore petroleum, aquaculture and 'subsea' technology, as well as being nationally recognised for tourism, education, media and finance.
