He rides a fiery motorcycle and wields blasts of hellfire from his body, usually from his skeletal hands. He eventually learns he has been bonded with the demon Zarathos. Description: Created in 1973, Drake Shannon was co-owner of a traveling motorcycle stunt show with the Ghost Rider, Johnny Blaze. After an accident caused him to slide 25 yards on his unprotected face, leaving him hideously disfigured, he was given a powerful motorcycle helmet by mystical beings that was modeled to look like a giant eyeball and could hypnotize people and shoot powerful laser beams. His absurdist look made him a cult favorite, and he returned to the spotlight by fan favorite writer Jason Aaron in 2010. Distressed, for an authentic vintage look.
