At night and when around evil, Blaze finds his flesh consumed by hellfire, causing his head to become a flaming skull. He rides a fiery motorcycle and wields blasts of hellfire from his body, usually from his skeletal hands. He eventually learns he has been bonded with the demon Zarathos. Blaze was featured in the Ghost Rider series from 1972 to 1983.

Description: Created in 1973, Drake Shannon was co-owner of a traveling motorcycle stunt show with the Ghost Rider, Johnny Blaze. After an accident caused him to slide 25 yards on his unprotected face, leaving him hideously disfigured, he was given a powerful motorcycle helmet by mystical beings that was modeled to look like a giant eyeball and could hypnotize people and shoot powerful laser beams. His absurdist look made him a cult favorite, and he returned to the spotlight by fan favorite writer Jason Aaron in 2010. Distressed, for an authentic vintage look.
