(Definition) Catharsis: -the process of releasing, and thereby providing relief from, strong or repressed emotions. -a purification or purgation that brings about spiritual renewal or release from tension. -psychotherapy that encourages or permits the discharge of pent-up, socially unacceptable affects. -discharge of pent-up emotions so as to result in the alleviation of symptoms or the permanent relief of the condition.

Ty Meier drew this over two years; it's a intensely detailed very large stream of consciousness meditation exercise. It's full of quotes about his philosophy, like "You were probably not born a genius, but becoming one is a pretty good use of a lifetime". Everything is related to the good and bad things about Catharsis, finding joy in life. Good Catharsis is finishing a large project. Bad Catharsis are self-destructive habits.
