It's full of quotes about his philosophy, like "You were probably not born a genius, but becoming one is a pretty good use of a lifetime". Everything is related to the good and bad things about Catharsis, finding joy in life. Good Catharsis is finishing a large project. Bad Catharsis are self-destructive habits.
