These molecules had numerous applications galaxy-wide in medicine, industry, and military projects, and were often the objective of raids. The company was headquartered in Ilic on New Cov.

Telgorn Corporation was the manufacturer of a number of space stations and a large line of small transports in addition to jolt cells around the time of the Galactic Civil War. They produced things for both the Galactic Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic. It is possible that Kost & Ko Factories entered a joint venture with the Telgorn Corporation over the design and manufacture of the X7 Deep Space Manufacturing Facility, or at least licensed the right to produce it to the larger company.

The Naos III Mercantile was a moonwide business enterprise that also served as the de facto government of Naos III. It controlled Naos sharptooth fishing and trade and held a virtual monopoly on most if not all stores, cantinas, and hotels on the moon.

Stobar Spaceport was a spaceport located on Stobar, where the diner Plop Dribble's was located. During the Clone Wars, the Dathomirian Savage Opress was searching for his brother Maul when he trampled through Plop Dribble's before commandeering the services of a Turtle Tanker piloted by a Sakiyan cargo hauler that was docked at the spaceport, in order to reach Lotho Minor. Almost at the same, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and his Padawan Ahsoka Tano arrived at the spaceport, hoping to eat something other than government rations, only to find that the diner had been attacked. As the two sat in the diner, Skywalker felt a disturbance in the Force.

The Vento system shipyards, also known as the Vento shipyards, were ancient shipyards that were located within the Core Worlds' Vento system and lay on the super-hyperroute known as the Perlemian Trade Route. The shipyards were used by the Galactic Republic during the Great Sith War—a conflict waged by the forces of the Sith sect against the Republic—and came under a Sith attack during their first offensive wave. During the final stages of the war, the Human Sith Lord Ulic Qel-Droma attempted to force a Republic military officer to transmit orders to the Republic fleet instructing all the fleet's starships to arrive at the coordinates of the Vento system shipyards—an action that would cause the destruction of many Republic vessels.

The Silver Sails Business Group was a large company active on the planet Begamor during the High Republic Era. During the mission to Begamor, president Jamie Brasen gave the order to kill everyone in the Silver Sails Business Group and blame Dawn Pharmaceuticals, another large company on Begamor.

Olin/Lands was a business organized by Ferus Olin and Roan Lands in the few years prior to the Clone Wars, with their offices on Bellassa. It was established to protect victims of corrupt businesses by aiding them in creating new identities and finding new homes. It was a thriving business until the end of the Clone Wars and the rise of the Galactic Empire. The business was shut down when the Imperials announced the warrants for the arrests of the two entrepreneurs, since Olin was a former Jedi Knight.
