Description: Darrell Lee Waltrip (born February 5, 1947) is an American motorsports analyst, author, former national television broadcaster, and stock car driver. He raced from 1972 to 2000 in the former NASCAR Winston Cup Series (now called the NASCAR Cup Series), most notably driving the No. 17 Chevrolet for Hendrick Motorsports. Waltrip is a three-time Cup Series champion (1981, 1982, 1985).
Description: Sprint cars are open-wheel race cars, designed primarily for the purpose of running on short oval, circular dirt or paved tracks. The All Stars Tour was an ensemble competition featuring the biggest names in Sprint Car racing from across the country, with this design marking the 1986 tour. Sprint cars have very high power-to-weight ratios, with weights of approximately 1,400 pounds and power outputs of over 900 horsepower, which give them a power-to-weight ratio besting that of contemporary F1 cars. Typically, they are powered by a naturally aspirated, methanol-injected overhead valve V8 engine with a displacement of 410 cubic inches and capable of engine speeds of 9000 rpm and can achieve speeds in excess of 160 miles per hour.

While Gambler built sprint cars are long out of production, most of those they made are still tearing up the track and are hardly sought after by racers, so when one comes up for sale, it's safe to say that it doesn't stay on the market for very long.
