The Mewstone is a small, uninhabited island of the south coast of Devon. The photo was taken on a hot summers day in July from Wembury Point.

St Werburgh's, Wembury church is part of the Diocese of Exeter. The picturesque Church is sited above Wembury Beach. The Mewstone can be seen in the distance

The Mewstone is a small island off the south Devon coast, near the village of Wembury. At certain times of the year, the National Trust bring Dartmoor ponies to the area, to graze on the coastal grassland. This helps with bio-diversity.
