Bournemouth Pier from Alum Chine, February 2021 Nothing to see here, folks! Just in case you were thinking of visiting... don't! Well, not unless you want to share a square metre of beach with a bunch of intellectually challenged individuals with no concept of social distancing, who leave their rubbish behind when they leave, only to find they've had their car towed away because they left it parked illegally. Following last year's debacle, Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole Council reckon they'll be much better prepared to handle an influx of visitors in 2021. Well, we'll believe it when we see it.
