This series has been published in British Feroce Magazine. Do we call something beautiful because we THINK it is beautiful or we are MADE TO THINK it is beautiful? Do we FEEL beauty or do we CONSUME it? We are fed ‘beauty’ via mass media and social networks everyday. It influences our perception and somehow connects beauty with concepts of healthy living, seductive behavior and luxury. In attempt to manifest this conflict, I have taken it to the point of absurdity by placing grotesque things into the ‘beauty’ context. As a result, bringing to light an ironic and surrealist series.
