This design is based on Flat Earth theories. It shows a fake moon, an artificial sun, a representation of Black Rock as the Earth's magnetic center and even an energy dome and its generator. The term C-137 refers to the Rick and Morty series, considering that there are many parallel universes where this idea of Earth could be real in one of them.
