This view comes from a trip I did to the Lake District (UK) a few years ago, climbing the last few peaks I hadn't already visited. Hence its one of the lesser known corners where few visitors tend to go. It shows Crummock Water, as seen from the North, looking South towards Buttermere (which lies just out of sight round the corner of the lake). Only the foreground trees have been moved (for artistic effect) I've painted this in oil on a 24x12 inch canvas board.
