The trick is to never ask permission to make a painting or to be called an artist. If you create something, good or bad, you're an artist! Just create. It's therapy, it's sanity, it's flow and something humans need to do, were born to do. Use our hands. Maybe you create complex math equations and solutions, or you create relationships ,maybe you create incredible data visualizations, or furniture, or you build machines or you just traditional art. Whatever you do - it's art. You're an artist. You create.
