Taken in a place I like to call 'Frog City,' always a reliable place to find a frog or two during Summer.

This tiny Dwarf Tree Frog Looks like he is waiting for the house next door to open up.

Dwarf Tree Frog taken in Montville, Queensland. When I owned my gallery in Montville, I used to go out every day in Spring and Summer to see what the frogs were up to, as they always found interesting places to hide.. I called this shot 'The Frog King' and for about ten years it was the best selling photo in the gallery.

Dwarf Tree Frogs (A.K.A. Eastern Sedge Frogs) are tiny, usually no more than 3cm long, and have a habit of hiding out in unusual places. I found this specimen in the garden during a coffee break at one of my photography workshops - the students were in for a special treat that day!

Surprise!!! A tiny little Littoria Phalax (Dwarf Green Tree Frog) was found in our Easter egg basket this year. The joke was it wanted to be a Freddo Frog when it grew up. (Eggs were the small solid eggs to give you an idea of the size of the frog!)
