Once formal heraldry became a thing in the 12th century, the Knights of the Round Table got assigned coats of arms of their own. This one belonged to Howell, who is sometimes a knight and sometimes a neighboring king and sometimes a werewolf (no, seriously, it's wild): Gules goutty d'eau, a scythe or hafted and bound sable. Translated from blazonry: On a field of red with silver water drops, a golden scythe with a black shaft. We styled the scythe like a giant fang, because again, werewolf knight.
