Description: Canal Boats - The Skipton Waterway Festival (often called the Skipton Canal Festival) was a popular annual three day event held each May Day Bank Holiday weekend at the canal basin in Skipton, North Yorkshire. Launched in 2001, the festival celebrated the Leeds & Liverpool Canal and the local boating community.
Description: Caversham bridge, built in 1926, spanning the River Thames at Reading in Berkshire, England. It connects Reading with Caversham on the river's north bank. There has been a bridge here since the 1100s and in 1231 it is mentioned by Henry III who notes the presence of a chapel on the bridge on the side owned by William Marshall, Earl of Pembroke.
