Someone on the Internet thinks what you’re doing is stupid or evil or it’s all been done before? Make good art.
Description: Hey! I’ve decided to do a series of portraits of people that influenced me as an artist and human being. It’s gonna be kind of my personal expression of those people and fictional characters. The fourth person is Neil Gaiman! My beloved author of short fiction, novels, comic books, graphic novels, audio theatre and films. I am a huge fan of The Sandman series, American Gods, Neverwhere, Anansi Boys and Stardust. He always reminds me that this world is a much more interesting place than the boring greyness of everyday life.
Description: I'm C.B. Smith I run a very new web series called "Taking a Page" where I cover novels and books to their film counterparts. This month I covered Neil Gaiman's American Gods. Link for it here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3LFCshLfQTQ&t=2s As a fan of Neil Gaiman's work I've used the phrase "Gay For Gaiman" to describe my love for his body of work in the past and used the phrase in the video. I wanted to share that phrase here with you guys. Happy Pride Month and thanks for taking a page (shirt).
