A friend mentioned that 'composition is everything' in photography - and he's absolutely right..! Looking beyond that and in particular photography within the natural sciences... is that of the reason for acquisition..!? This particular image, although lacking in detail and looking a little fuzzy upon magnification, made it into portfolio, because compositionally it is just perfect, with not often found, detailing due to the workable light 'within the eye'... and on the merit of its significance...
