Everyone praises the medical community, the first responders, the firefighters, and the police in every situation whether it is a minor emergency or a pandemic; however, they often forget the everyday heroes, the ones that keep America up and running. Without the people that keep America moving and keep America fed, our country would literally come to a halt. Because they are often ignored or at the very least taken for granted, I thought it was time that someone gave them their own shirt that said thank you. Without you, our everyday heroes, we could not survive daily, not just in emergency situations; so, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Many of the trails I frequent follow along rivers and streams. I was able to capture a Great Blue Heron in a standing wetland area. This is a typical habitat stance of a Great Blue Heron wading in the water hunting for food. I once had had a Great Blue Heron come to my backyard to take fish from my fish pond. Easy hunting! They are surprisingly much taller when you see them up close standing on land! This will be a great addition as a note book available in the stationery prints. Ernest Holmes Sr. was a mechanic in Chattanooga, Tennessee who is credited with inventing the tow truck in 1916. After helping a friend recover his car using three poles, a pulley and a chain hooked to the chassis of his 1913 sedan, Holmes realized that his contraption could be useful beyond just this one need. After refining his invention, Holmes began manufacturing what we now know as the traditional tow truck or wrecker, receiving a patent on his design in 1918. Holmes sold both turn key tow trucks and the wrecker body as a bolt on unit to auto shops, racetracks, and garages, and went on to design a multitude of tow truck offerings, covering just about every recovery need, including heavy-duty use by the U.S. military.
