Taken at Leeds Train Station this is one of the large departure boards they have suspended from the ceiling. Taken on a Canon S120 Compact Zoom using a single RAW file I corrected the angles in ACR using the Lens Correction tab. Because of the low light conditions there was a lot of noise in the image so i used Topaz denoise to remove much of the noise and colour correct to restore the blacks. This however darkened the background significantly, so reusing the original raw file i created a separate layer, and processed that to lighten the background to a level where the details came out. Using Topaz denoise once again I removed the noise that was in the original image and colour corrected it to match the foreground layer. Next ...
