Another view of one of my favourite lighthouses, the 'Low Lighthouse' or 'Lighthouse on Legs' at Burnham-on-Sea (Somerset, England). 12th February 2014.

A design celebrating Burnham-on-Sea, a seaside town in Somerset, England, situated on the Bristol Channel coast. It's known for its long sandy beach, which stretches for miles and is popular with tourists and locals alike. The town has a pier, which offers lovely views of the coastline, and there are plenty of seaside activities to enjoy, including swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing.

One of 3 lighthouses in Burnham-on-Sea (Somerset, England), this one stands on the beach and is also known as the 'lighthouse on legs'. 10th February 2024.

The Low Lighthouse is one of three historic lighthouses in Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset, England, and the only one of the three which is still active. It is a Grade II listed building and stands on the foreshore.

Brean Sands Number of views as of 8th March 2018 = 575. Brean Sands is a 7 mile stretch of beach between Brean Down (south of Weston-Super-Mare) and Burnham-on-Sea, in the county of Somerset, England. The sands are popular with holiday makers and the village of Brean (pronounced Bree-an by the locals) has a population of just over 2,000 people, but this swells to 20 times that in peak periods as visitors arrive with their tents and caravans. Cars are allowed to park on the beach, but bathers must beware as the sand gives way to the soft mud of the Bristol Channel at low tide. Date: 23rd May 2015.
