Description: The Custer's Last Stand design commemorates the events of the Battle of Little Bighorn and the massacre of the 7th Cavalry and the hands of Sitting Bull's Lakota tribe. The Battle of Little Bighorn saw the confederated Lakota tribes along with the Northern Cheyenne defeat the 7th Cavalry under Lt. Col. George Armstrong Custer on June 25, 1876, annihilating Custer's battalion, an event that came to be known as Custer's Last Stand.
