Grose Pins and Buttons

It’s not often a supporting character is my favorite, but Hannah is remarkably strong and it’s heartbreaking to realize she’ll never make it to Paris with Owen. The crack she keeps seeing on the walls of Bly, always the exact same shape, becomes a symbol of her fragmenting mind. I was truly moved after seeing what the crack actually was.

It's You, It's Me, It's Us

An overcast & windy day in the Blue Mountains & from the lookout over the Grose Valley at Govetts Leap you could see the wind blowing the small waterfall way off a vertical drop. There is rarely a lot of water in this waterfall but the drop is quite spectacular. There is a track down to the bottom of the falls & into the valley. It is pretty steep & often narrow. Caution is recommended. A panoramic view of the valley is below.
