If you've ever been to Island Beach State Park you know one of the best things about it is getting to see the locals. I'm talking about the real locals of course - the foxes! Whether they're hanging around, hamming it up for a photo shoot or chilling in the dunes looking for some fries to steal off a beach blanket, they're always a joy to see.

during a trip up to the northern most tip of Vancouver island, where i grew up, i decided to do some plien air ( painting outdoors) studies of the places that I most loved when I was a child. This is a beach that is on the first nations reserve in my village. The boat has been abandoned there for many years and has almost become part of the landscape.

Skull Island is the name most often used to describe a fictional island that first appeared in the 1933 film King Kong and later appearing in its sequels, the two remakes, and any other King Kong-based media. It is the home of the eponymous King Kong and several other species of creatures, mostly prehistoric and in some cases species that should have been extinct long before the rise of mammalian creatures, along with a primitive society of humans.

Commemorate the summer of 75 when the beach ran red with the blood of women and children, when old white men were determined to keep their businesses going at the cost of human life, and a band of three determined citizens committed to make Amity safe once more for beachgoers.
