The Kirin or Qilin is a mythical derived from East Asian cultures, It is the eatern counterpart of the Unicorn and can feature elements of deers, goats and dragons.

Elder dragons so rarely sighted that little is known of their ecology, though everyone knows of the high prices Kirin parts fetch. It's been said they are one with lightning itself, and that their bodies becomes clothed in pure electricity when they are provoked.

Kirin resembles a unicorn, though a closer look reveals that it has a lion-like face and is covered in scales, rather than a coat. Its majestic white mane and hair stand on end, as if charged with static. The monster often crackles with stray electricity. Kirin can summon lightning to strike attackers or the area around it. When the Kirin is threatened or provoked, it can wreath itself in lightning, which is proven to harden its hide. Kirin has very few physical attacks and relies mostly on lightning strikes as its main force of attacking foes. With extreme agility, Kirin can literally run circles around its opponent, getting in close to gore an enemy with its horn, only to quickly dart away and prepare another assault. Kirin is very ...

Unlike the ordinary Kirin, this subspecies' body is mainly a dark navy blue, with violet stripes throughout. Its mane is black with light purple tips and its eyes are a luminous red. In addition, its horn is larger, has pink-ish color and features a spiraling ridge from base to tip. Oroshi Kirin is even more aggressive than its standard cousin. It is able to summon ice shards to defend itself rather than the lighting strikes employed by its standard cousin.

Thunder Emperor Kirin body structure and overall look is similar to the one of a normal Kirin. Thunder Lord Kirin is bigger than its counterpart. Its body is colored with gradients of gold, its horn has a copper/red color and its mane has a pale grey and yellow gradient. Its surrounding aura is also golden. Thunder Lord Kirin attacks are faster and stronger than a normal Kirin’s, and its lightnings are quicker. Thunder Lord Kirin can summon golden lightnings that strike to the ground at high speeds in different ways.
