Description: Cross Technologies, originally called Pym Technologies, was a multinational industrial company run by Darren Cross. The company was also a rival of Stark Industries. Originally the company known as Pym Technologies and owned by Hank Pym, it was taken over by Darren Cross with the help of Hope van Dyne. After which, Cross rebranded the name of the company to Cross Technologies which he appropriated as the CEO and van Dyne as his assistant. Since Cross' tenure as CEO, profits for Pym Technologies have risen but innovation has stopped, leading many to question how Pym Technologies will continue to remain profitable.

It was an antiques store secretly acting as a front for a S.S.R. laboratory, where Project Rebirth was created. Agent Peggy Carter took approved candidate, Steve Rogers, there, where they met the seemingly old and frail woman who ran the counter and let them through the secret entrance. Rogers was put into a pod where he was injected with a super-enhancing serum that transformed his body beyond peak physical condition. Unfortunately, the Nazi spy Heinz Kruger infiltrated, shooting dead the only person who knew who to recreate the formula, Dr. Abraham Erskine.
