Its name refers to the unique illumination provided by a large skylight cut very high up into the thick wall across the ambulatory behind the high altar. El Transparente is several storeys high and is extraordinarily well-executed with fantastic figures done in stucco, painting, bronze castings, and multiple colors of marble; it is a masterpiece of Baroque mixed media by Narciso Tomé and his four sons.

Judging Others Leads to Being Judged by Others is an art print I created using Luke 6:37 as an overlay on one of my originals that I had created using a watercolor technique. I did a photo shoot of two statuettes for a project I was working on. I loved the look of the final results, so I took that as a basis and created this art print using an abstract watercolor technique. As a Christian artist, I seek to make sure that the biblical quote I am using is a good marriage with the art print I put it on. I chose this art print because it reflects interaction between people and in this case a family. The family unit represents the human family and the way we interact with each other. This is an image of St. Genevieve, the Patron Saint of Paris (in the Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox traditions). Her feast day is kept on January the 3rd. The statue is situated on Pont de la Tournelle in Paris. The sculpture is perhaps one of the most important symbols of Paris. Born in 423 in Nanterre, Genevieve was the daughter of a city magistrate. Fervent believer from an early age, she recovered after her father’s death and moved to Paris. When she was 20, she was ordered by the Bishop of Paris a “Consecrated Virgin”. It is a famous landmark for anyone who's ever visited the city of Tegucigalpa and is classified as one of the 30 wonders of Honduras. The Mountain where the statue stands looks south over the city's central district (cities of Tegucigalpa and Comayaguela). At the top, besides the Christ statue, there is a small zoo, a replicated Mayan temple, and the United Nations Park. Hiking up the mountain is not a difficult hike, and it is a nice place to spend the day walking around the entire area. The Christ statue itself stands at a height of 4,353 feet above sea level. It weighs about 2,500 tons and ...
