A motivational saying to help you get out and about no matter the weather. When I was a kid I grew up in a fairly cold rainy place. Later in life I moved to a warmer dryer part of New Zealand and was amazed how much the folk in my new home town cared about the weather and how much weather dictated what they where willing to do. Growing up, a day was a day and you got on and did things, never minding the weather.
