It is important to remember that we are not our thoughts. Our thoughts are just thoughts, and they do not define who we are. We have the power to choose which thoughts we feed, and which thoughts we let go of. When we learn to challenge our negative thoughts, practice self-compassion, and focus on the present moment, we can start to break the cycle of self-sabotage and become our own best friend. All it requires is acceptance of the present existence as it is!
