Juggling comorbidities is no picnic. One diagnosis leads to another, which triggers the next, and so on. Managing each diagnosis on its own is enough work, let alone managing several different disorders and syndromes. We might as well have some fun with it.

Many illnesses and diseases are invisible yet still very physical. It’s hard for people to understand when they can’t see it. These different awareness ribbons will help to show support and raise awareness for these hidden conditions.

Sometimes when you have an invisible chronic illness, you have that incredible urge to say your feelings out loud! Sometimes chronic illness means not feeling your best. In fact, sometimes it means you feel like death warmed over. How very goth.

This design features what life with a chronic illness is like in stick figure form. Flare days are common for people with chronic illnesses, where symptoms of their condition are at their worst.

We're still fighting to normalize mental health. It's such a common issue among many people around the world, yet many of those people (including myself) still feel uncomfortable/insecure about their struggles because of society. It's okay to not be okay.
