Valletta is the capital city of Malta, a world heritage site and will be European Capital of Culture in 2018. This view of one of the most beautiful cities in Europe was taken early November across Marsamxsett harbour just as the sun was breaking through after a stormy period. The image has been given a filter in the style of Georgia O'Keefe to emphasise the style and colour of this lovely city.
