We are one of two guys in the group, either always out the gate on time or never out the gate on time. I personally am the latter. I seem to never be able to get my ass out the gate on time an donate.

Those who know what NDT/NDE stands for will get it of coarse. I had a fella ask me if I knew what NDT stands for when I told him to get a wire brush and prep his own welds. He didn't hand buff them......or make the end of shift.

We all hear it on the radio. Seem to be in the business where if anyone is to blame it is us. You can wait 3 days for a dude to buff a weld but if you aren't there the minute the grinder hits the floor your the problem.
