I have been a fan of Doctor who since the 70s. Over the past few years i have done a series of Paintings from Space and time to pop art splat. This is part of the The time and space series which is making the Doctor and tardis part of the universe and time. The original paintings that these images come from are much bigger and in a Wide screen style. To use these for T shirts etc I have cropped the design and modified them from my original paintings.

We're all stories in the end. Just make it a good one eh?

All of the bees followed behind at a furious pace. We flew higher and higher and then into the center of the vortex. There was a great flash of light and suddenly we were flying over Kira. I looked behind and saw the passengers of time and space passing through the vortex. I said a little prayer of thanks that all had gone well.

In Essex in 1138, the Twelfth Doctor anachronistically played his electric guitar through a Magpie Electronics amplifier on a tank in a medieval castle. (TV: The Magician's Apprentice) He later used this same amplifier on the TARDIS. (TV: Before the Flood) In 1953, the Wire contacted the owner, Mr Magpie, making him sell television sets cheaply as part of her plan to "take people's faces, their essences" and get a physical body. (TV: The Idiot's Lantern) Although Magpie himself was killed by the Wire, Magpie Electricals survived the loss of its proprietor, and continued to exist well past the 1950s.

Time And Relative Dimension In Space. The iconic time travel machine of The Doctor, “borrowed” from the repair yards on Gallifrey a long time ago. His longest ever companion, the Tardis has been stuck with the appearance of an old fashioned Police Box ever since it’s Chameleon Circuit developed a fault, but it still travels through time and space, not always accurately, but it does it. And here it is travelling through the time vortex, on it’s way to anywhere and anywhen.
