The orbitals are swirling in Storistir to make holiday ornaments! Selenium was discovered after Tellurium (Greek for Earth). Since Selenium sits in the same column above Tellurium, the Greek for Moon (Selene) was chosen for element 34. Selenium is essential for humans, but toxic in excessive amounts. Foods high in selenium include brazil nuts, seafood, and organ meat.
