Description: The Clarendonians are a ska and rocksteady vocal group from Jamaica, active initially from the mid- to late 1960s. They reformed in the 1990s and continue to perform live. The Clarendonians were originally Fitzroy "Ernest" Wilson and Peter Austin, both from Hayes in Clarendon Parish, the duo coming together in 1963. The Clarendonians became one of the most successful ska and early reggae groups in Jamaica.
