Minneapolis Funk Socks
Description: This original hand-drawn caricature by Gene (Gwiz) Williams captures the unmistakable presence of the most gifted musician Minneapolis ever produced — a virtuoso guitarist, visionary producer, and genre-defying performer who spent four decades rewriting the rules of popular music on his own terms. The perfect gift for lovers of pure funk, pure soul, and pure purple. Original comic caricature art by Gene "Gwiz" Williams.
Description: Mazarati was an American R&B band formed in the mid-1980s by former Prince and The Revolution bassist Brownmark. Originally hailing from Minneapolis, they became defunct as a group in 1989. The band's sole hit was a song called "100 MPH", which was written and co-produced by Prince.
