Panorama Point Socks

Description: I was on my first visit to Utah; it was my first day. On the agenda was a visit to Dead Horse Point State Park Looking out over the cliff and down into the valley was this stunning introduction to the extraordinary landscape. The scale and the colour in the panorama were truly breathtaking. This image is a composite of several images captured from the end of the point, taking in perhaps 120° of view. I suppose I didn't know where to stop as I scanned the horizon with my camera. Even the Colorado River sneaks in there. The term 'awe-inspiring' barely covers the emotion.
