Description: Raven Steals the Sun is a well known creation story all up and down the Pacific Northwest Coast, and one of my favorites as a kid growing up in Alaska.

Description: In Tlingit culture, people belong to one of two houses - Raven clan or Eagle. Raven cannot marry Raven, and Eagle cannot marry Eagle. So when you see Raven and Eagle depicted together, they are called Love Birds. I took it a step further and designed them as a heart.
