Description: This is my personalized tarot deck that I've been working on as a way to show my connection to the cards and how I see them. This one represents 8 - Strength. In this card there is a depiction of a large cat skull covered in wild trumpet vine honeysuckle. A bee is perched just to the side. To me this represents strength in the way that the inner beast may be dormant, but it is always there. It exists within us regardless of how deeply we think we have buried it. But, it also feeds the beauty in us, the resilience of something like the honeysuckle, and the ability to grow and create our reality in much the same way that honeybees build their hives.
