Remember the Paris Commune, the first socialist revolution in human history, which lasted from 18 March 1871 to 28 May 1871.

Psychology student Dani Ardor is traumatized after her sister Terri kills herself and their parents by filling their home with carbon monoxide. The incident strains Dani's relationship with her emotionally distant boyfriend, cultural anthropology student Christian Hughes. She later learns that Christian and his friends Mark and Josh have been invited by their mutual Swedish friend Pelle to attend a midsummer celebration at Pelle's ancestral commune, the Hårga, in Hälsingland. The celebration occurs only once every 90 years and Josh, also an anthropology student wants to write his thesis on it. Christian had hidden the trip from Dani, wanting to break up with her before leaving, but invites her along after she finds out about it.

Wise words from Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol

Cattolica is what this poster is selling and the Adriatic sea that washes against its coastal sands. On this image all the writting is in Italian, so I can not tell you what is being told but judging from the image it is all about the beautiful blue skies, seas, white sandy beaches and all that goes with those. Cattolica is a small town/commune in Italy.

Based on the 2003 Strawberry Shortcake tv show, I put Strawberry Shortcake's, Angel Cake's, Orange Blossom's and Ginger Snap's homes on the same little street, each one getting their own cookie pathway. The text above reads "I want to live in the fruit commune."

This is rated as one of the most beautiful villages in France. In the background are the mountains of the Haute Languedoc - the Massif Central. The Village of Chantilly is a commune in Oise in the valley of the Nonette in the Hauts-de-France region of northern France. It lies about 38 kilometers north-northeast from the centre of Paris. The village is surrounded by Chantilly Forest, and has a population of about 11,000 people. In the village one can find the Château de Chantilly, which was home to the princes of Condé, cousins of the kings of France, from the 17th to the 19th centuries. The chateau now houses the Musée Condé. Chantilly is also known for its horse racing track, the Chantilly Racecourse, where prestigious races are held for the prix du Jockey Club and the prix de Diane. Chantilly and the surrounding communities are home to the largest racehorse-training ...
