The organization has about 100 members, and is led by Arkha Corvus.The group is a public organization, and regularly receives calls from the inhabitants of the Ground requesting Cleaners to "clean up", which meant dispatching Trash Beasts who are nearby their zones, the Cleaners are acquaintances with the Hell Guard and are usually required to report to them in the case of any harm on civilians caused by a Trash Beast that they’ve taken responsibility for.
