The road to St Justinians harbour on the Welsh coast, Pembrokeshire. Across the water, i.e. Ramsey Sound, is the RSPB Ramsey Island.

A view across RSPB Ramsey Island towards the white farm house, which is the only dwelling on the island. In the distance is the Welsh mainland.

Carnllundain is the highest hill on Ramsey Island. Whilst it may only be 136m high it does get the heart pumping, the lungs blowing and the calves burning, especially on a hot cloudless summer day.
