Springbok Portrait Etosha National Park Stickers

This Springbok was close enough to get a nice portrait. There are a lot of these funny animals in Etosha National Park, Namibia. The springbok is also the national animal of the republic of South Africa. Canon EOS 70D 1/400 s, f10, 420 mm.

I met this gorgeous male springbok in Etosha National Park, Namibia. This elegant antelope is native to Namibia and Southern Africa, and is found in abundance in protected wildlife parks... but the most surprising sight is to meet a herd of Springboks out in the desert! They are able to get water out of even the thinnest prickly bushes growing in a harsh desert environment. These antelopes are a truly amazing desert-adapted species.

There is nothing quite like seeing the magnificent wildlife of Africa and Etosha delivered some amazing encounters.
