Mablethorpe Sand Dunes, Storm Coming A bracing, winter, visit to the beach at Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire, England was what was needed after a Saturday night party. This trip didn't disappoint and cleared our heads and blew away the cobwebs. We also incorporated a dog walk into the equation, which is why we got a soaking from the incoming storm. The grasses on the dunes make a perfect foreground interest for whoever buys this for their new focal point for their living room wall. By Paul Thompson Photography

Prints from my original abstract acrylic painting (flow/pour style) on board. I’ve only tried this technique twice for fun and whilst messy, it was fascinating to see how the colours mixed and moved, in the end looking like quite a rough green sea. I adore the ocean, its many moods and colours.
