Feel the hatred you have for the person. Cry if you want to if you're sad. Instead of suppressing your feelings, accept them. Spend some time analyzing and accepting these emotions. Keeping them bottled up is a terrible idea because it could later develop into a full-blown depression or emotional problems. 2. Slowly release them. Slowly let things go as you embrace how you feel. Feel them, comprehend them, and then let them go.
