Artful Mystery © T-Shirt

I spotted this interesting box hanging on a wall just outside one of the stores along the main drag in Key West, Florida. I'm not really sure what it is or what it is used for. It has two knobs as if you can open up its face, but no you can't (no lock either). It also has what looks like a little spout at the bottom, however it definitely cannot hold any water on the inside judging by looking through the face openings. And definitely not a mail box. So I call it a piece of mystery art. However, it looked colorful enough and intriguing enough for a close-up.
