Don-Vin a.k.a. Hyper the Phenomenal was a young scientist under the employ of the United States government. He was allied with the Winifred, codenamed Agent 2Y, who served as an undercover operative of the U.S. Secret Service. His chest was protected by a plastron comprised of bulletproof fabric. Hyper's helmet had a built-in radio and, although heavy, somehow enabled him artificial flight.
